New Canaan Unplugged will be hosting an open conversation around building healthier relationships with technology and our families on Friday April 25, 2025 - 10:30am at Le Pain Quotidien on Elm Street.

The goal of our gathering is to share learning and gain an appreciation for how others in our community are managing the challenges of raising a family in today's device centric culture. From smart phones to smart watches, Video Games to AI, every family is facing its own unique blend of pressures from technology. There is no right way to manage the demands and each family must find a balance that works for them, but we can talk together to build better solutions.

Please join us at Le Pain Quotidien on Elm Street in downtown New Canaan on Friday April 25, 2025 at 10:30am.

COMMUNITY NEWS: A New Playground at Waveny

Efforts are underway to bring a new playground to Waveny Park. Friends of Waveny Playground is raising funds to provide a thoughtfully designed playground that better meets the recreational, social and developmental needs of children in our community.

To kick off fundraising efforts, they are offering a unique opportunity for your family's name to be displayed on a brick via the Legacy Walkway or on the Waveny Playground Welcome Sign.

Visit polarengraving.com/wavenyplayground to view brick options and make a purchase. Additional opportunities, such as the Welcome Sign, are available as well. To ask any questions or find out about more giving opportunities, email: ncwavenyplayground@gmail.com
