For the past 16 years, the Global Day of Unplugging  has been celebrated on the first Saturday in March. From sundown on Friday March 7th to sundown on Saturday March 8th, people around the world will be putting away their phones and participating in a day without technology. They’ll be planning meet ups in their community to build connections in real life and take a break from technology together.  In anticipation of this year’s event, we encourage everyone to step away from technology next weekend and enjoy the benefits of unplugging!
